Persona and profile data: When you create AI personas, we collect attributes you provide (such as name, gender, age, physical characteristics, prompts, and related preferences) and store generated persona media and metadata.

User uploads: If you upload brand assets, product images, logos, descriptions, or other files, we store those uploads and related metadata to provide product photography, brand features, and similar functionality.

Generated content and usage data: We store AI prompts, generation settings, model/provider information, operation logs, credit usage, downloads, errors, and media outputs created through the Service.

Billing and subscription data: If you purchase a paid plan, payment and subscription details are processed by Stripe. We store subscription status, plan tier, billing interval, Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, and credit balances or transactions. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Social and brand integration data: If you connect social accounts or configure brand profiles (available on eligible paid plans), we may store platform usernames, linked account identifiers, posting configuration, and related metadata needed to provide auto-posting and brand collaboration features.

Support and communications data: If you contact us or use our support chat, we collect the information you provide, along with identifiers needed to maintain conversation history.

Technical and analytics data: We automatically collect device, browser, session, log, and usage information through cookies, authentication cookies, local storage, analytics tools, error monitoring, and similar technologies. To generate images, videos, and related outputs, we process prompts, persona attributes, uploads, and generation parameters through third-party AI systems. You should not upload or request generation of content that includes personal data of others without authorization, unlawful material, or content that violates third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents for any uploads or prompts you submit.

14. Marketing Communications

We may send product updates, offers, or promotional messages where permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe mechanism in those messages or by contacting support@danex.ai. Transactional and service-related messages may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing.
